Our Refund Policy
We want you to love your hair care products! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair care products.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at k.wells59@yahoo.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
